The Johnson House

1st Woman Community Manager

- Served as the primary liaison between 110 community members, 25 residents, and the executive and advisory board across four consecutive semesters.
- Coordinated with operations teams to anticipate process needs and plan upcoming external events.
- Streamlined operations by assigning and managing five rotating tasks across executive and advisory board departments.
- Led and managed 15 residents and community members to attend an inaugural conference at an Ivy League institution.
- Facilitated multiple team meetings and hosted team-bonding activities to strengthen cohesion and engagement.

1st Johnson House Liasion

- Position established in recognition of contributions as a volunteer and dedication to supporting the Black Student Union and The Johnson House.
- Support the needs of the administration and executive board teams through streamlining communication
- Lead strategic vision planning sessions to define the direction of the organization

At The Johnson House, I served as a liaison connecting residents, community members, and the executive and advisory board. Over four semesters, I coordinated operations, anticipated process needs, and planned external events that fostered engagement and efficiency. I also led a team of residents and community members to participate in an inaugural conference at an Ivy League institution, while hosting team meetings and bonding activities to strengthen collaboration and community impact.
